I coach the leader and the group using a process of three simple steps. First thing is to achieve ownership, commitment and build trust; then build the ability to challenge and resolve conflict for the benefit of the project and thirdly to focus exclusively on achieving results. The process covers both the functional/technical side as well as the personal side.

Learning to manage time is a highly leveraged skill . Coaching him will develop his understanding  of how to apportion his time for optimum returns.
